- If no wax is found in your ears at the time of your appointment a fee of $60 will be charged, $30 for DVA.
- The fee is paid at the end of the procedure via debit/ credit. We cannot accept diners club, American Express.
- We only except cash if it is the correct amount as we do not keep cash or change on the premise.
- Occasionally a follow up appointment will be required. There will be no charge if a second appointment is required to clear and soften wax.
- Unfortunately, our service is not rebatable through Medicare.
