History

Mel & Jill are two Registered Nurses with 12 years combined experience in the Aural care field and Microsuction practice.

These ladies met while working together at Novocastrian Skin and Ear Clinic in Kotara, where they shared a mutual passion for Aural Health and aimed to provide tailor made treatment plans to their clients utilising the process of Microsuction.

When the opportunity to purchase the Novocastrian Ear Clinic arose in 2022 they both jumped at the chance to continue providing an important service to their many loyal patients in the Newcastle and surrounding communities.

With the understanding that for individuals struggling with their Aural health, finding adequate, cost effective and successful microsuction services in the Hunter region has been difficult, Mel and Jill took a leap and created a business with these key attributes in mind.

So, The Ear Nurse was born! and Mel and Jill are excited to offer the services to keep ears clear, healthy and thriving for many years to come!

It’s the same 2 friendly faces from the Novocastrian Clinic, the same level of experience and professionalism, the same high regard for safety and ear hygiene
